Mayor Richard Davidson presented rosy picture for the city of Neosho at his quarterly town hall public meeting Tuesday evening following the release of the city’s annual audit two weeks prior, which said the same thing.Davidson said this was the fourth consecutive year the city has received a "clean" audit, the best that can be delivered.
