No foul play is suspected after the body of an elderly woman was found along a Newton County roadside early Wednesday.Sheriff Ken Copeland said deputies were dispatched about 7 a.m. to Cherry Road in the Greenwood Addition after a passerby noticed a body in the ditch. Copeland reported that a 69-year-old woman was found along the road in front of the residence in which she lived.
