The Cubs dominated on both sides of the ball and pulled out a 61-0 victory over McDonald County Friday at Burl Fowler Athletic Field.

McDonald County struggled offensively, racking up 38 yards of total offense.

“It was ugly to watch unfold, but all of our mistakes are correctable stuff,” said McDonald County coach Sean Price.

The?Mustangs were only down 7-0 after a quarter, but things unraveled in a hurry in the second quarter. The Cubs scored 21 points in the second quarter to grab a 28-0 lead at halftime.

D.J.?Dunmire and Christian Isbell each ran for three touchdowns each for the Cubs in the game.
Christian Privett scored the first touchdown of the game and added the last touchdown before halftime.

John Graham led McDonald County with 13 tackles, while Nick Wolfe had nine tackles.
