Jeremy Phillips, Neosho High School strength and conditioning coordinator and head wrestling coach, has released the July schedule for NHS athletes.

The July session will run from July 5-29.

The schedule is as follows:

Block 1 will run from 7 a.m.-8:30 a.m. for male athletes in grades 9 to 12.

From 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m., training will be sport specific for all junior high school and high school wrestlers and football players, with wrestling working out on Mondays and Wednesdays, and football players working out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Block 2 will run from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for all female athletes in grades 9 through 12.

Block 3 will run from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for seventh and eighth grade boys and girls junior high school athletes.
