  • Facinet Camara scored four goals to lead Crowder College to its eighth win of the season on Tuesday.
The Roughriders downed Blue River Community College, 6-2.
Neosho product Jared Hill scored the first goal of the game to get the Roughriders in front early in the first half. Camara then followed with a first half hat trick, scoring three times before the intermission to give Crowder a 4-2 lead. Hill and Camara added another goal apiece in the second half.
Ludin Gonzales was the winning goalie with five saves. The Roughriders fired 10 shots on goal.
The victory pushes the Roughriders to 8-5-1 overall this season. They’ll now await word on regional seedings to see where they’ll fit into the postseason tournament.
Crowder has one game left in the regular season, however, as the Roughriders will entertain the Oklahoma Wesleyan junior varsity at 2 p.m. Sunday at Crowder.
