The Neosho Youth Soccer program completed its fourth week of games from Oct. 29-Nov. 3. There were several close games, and even a few blowouts this week as play heats up with the season coming to a close.

Oct. 29
5-6 year old league
Ward's Landscaping 3, 2

What came down to be a very close game went the way of Ward's Landscaping thanks to three separate players booting goals.
Joel Bridges, Hudson Williams and Coleman Deines each scored for Ward's Landscaping to lead the team to victory. Meanwhile, Ava May poured in both goals for while teammate Michael Kissell recorded two saves as the goalie.

Mike's Construction 4, Poore's (Bartley) 1

Jonathon Tribbey turned in a goal and a save to help lead Mike's Construction to a big win over Poore's. Xavier Tomlinson, Keadance Harms and Tru Colbert also scored in the victory.
Hunter Spender came away with the lone goal for Poore's, as its defense was led with three saves from Robert Drayka Ball. Hayden Barker had one save.

7-8 league
Performance Muffler 5, Poore's (Boyd) 0

A big day for Performance Muffler on both offense and defense led to a shutout victory over Poore's.
Taylor Schooler led the path to victory with two goals while Tristen Kittrell, Braylon Bressie and Weston Ward had a goal each.
Jeremiah Kincaid led Poore's with five saves while teammate Riley Selgeby chipped in three.

9-10 league 4, Poore's (Funk/Baker) 1

A steady offensive attack helped breeze past Poore's.
It all started with a two-goal performance from's Tre Darcy that helped lead to the victory. Darcy was joined in the scoring category with additional goals from Koby McAlister, Kytn Francisco and Kaden Wood.
Marcus Schaeffer scored the only goal for Poore's while Harley Baker racked up six saves and Jercyn Baker chipped in two stops.

11-13 league
Aguilera's Auto & Salvage 5, Boulevard Bank 1

Miguel Aguilera had another big day for his team this week as he racked up four goals to lead Aguilera's Auto & Salvage to the win.
Not to be left out, Aguilera's Jarid Girdner also pitched in a goal to help cap the scoring for his team. Jacob Gregg was the defensive standout with five saves as the goalie.
Draven House scored the lone goal for Boulevard Bank as they had trouble breaking solving Aguilera's tough defense. Blake Glissan recorded eight saves and Klaire Thomas had four in the loss.

Oct. 30
5-6 league
Poore's (Horne) 4, David A. Turk, CPA, LLC 0

Tucker Merrill scored a goal and added a save while teaming with Allison Ding, who finished with one save, to help pitch a shutout against David A. Turk.
Colton Southern was the offensive stalwart for Poore's as he scored twice in the victory while Collier Hendricks added another goal.
Four goalie's split time in the box for David A. Turk as Tyrone Harris led the team with three saves while Aliyah Montgomery, Trenton Price and Kenton Planter had one each.

7-8 league
Poore's (Pendergraft) 3, Poore's (Snider) 2

In an exciting game that went down to the wire, Pendergraft managed just enough offense to escape Snider thanks to a two-goal day by Ellis Pendergraft.
Reese Miller chipped in an equalizer for Pendergraft as they allowed goals to Snider's Austin Rodriguez and Kaden Cole, but nothing more. Colin Ortiz had two saves and Quinton Montgomery added one for Pendergraft.
Skylar Shrimplin led Snider with three saves while Howie Long recorded two.

9-10 league
Aguilera's Auto & Salvage 2, Poore's (Daniel/Haskins) 0

Oscar Aguilera scored both goals for Aguilera's Auto & Salvage as they blanked Poore's.
Brandon McIllvaine and Jonah Solomon pitched the shutout while splitting time at goalkeeper for Aguilera's as McIllvaine had three saves and Solomon added another.
Dylan McNeill and John Olds had a save apiece for Poore's.

11-13 league
Poore's (Jordon) 3, Poore's (Hayworth) 0

Israel Ortega scored two goals and Jason Crawford added another while Jordon's defense held tough and kept Hayworth off the board. Dylan Gasche picked up three saves at goalkeeper for Jordon.
Meanwhile, Hayworth's Kennedy Lamp had a huge game at goalie despite the loss with 18 saves on the day.

Nov. 1
7-8 league
Performance Muffler 6, Poore's (Snider) 1

An offensive barrage helped Performance Muffler roll past Poore's.
Braylon Bressie, Taylor Schooler and Weston Ward provided all of the offense for Performance Muffler as they each scored two goals in the victory.
Austin Rodriguez had the only offensive tally for Poore's. Goalie's Skylar Shrimplin and Keaton Snider split duties during the game with Shrimplin getting seven saves while Snider had four.
Poore's (Olivares) 3, Poore's (Boyd) 0
Goalie's Adrian Jackson and Colton Burr combined to pitch a shutout for Olivares. Jackson turned in three saves while Burr added one. Oscar Robles led the offense with two goals and Hailey Allen finished with one.
Riley Selgeby had one save at goalie for Boyd.

Poore's (Schibi) 4, Poore's (Pendergraft) 0

Anthony Guinac scored two goals to lead Schibi to a shutout victory over Pendergraft.
Junior Gutierrez and Jared Siler each scored a goal for Schibi. Quinton Montgomery picked up nine saves as Pendergraft's goalkeeper.

9-10 league
Poore's (Funk/Baker) 1, Poore's (Daniel/Haskins) 0

An exciting game went down to the wire, but a goal by Mark Stinson would be all the offense Funk/Baker would need to claim the victory.
Jercyn Baker picked up three saves and Harley Baker added two while keeping Daniel/Haskins off the board. Dylan McNeill had one save for Daniel-Haskins. 10, Aguilera's Auto & Salvage 1

The largest margin of victory for the week went to as it got goals from six different players and rolled past Aguilera's Auto & Salvage.
Four players, Tre Darcy, Kytn Francisco, Teagan Farriester and Koby McAlister, scored two goals each for Kaden Wood and Erica Samuel had a goal apiece. Wood and Farriester had one save each.
Oscar Aguilera scored the only goal for Aguilera's. Three goalie's split duty in goal for Aguilera's as Brandon McIllvaine turned in nine saves while Aguilera and Ryan Pelep had two.

11-13 league
Boulevard Bank 6, Poore's (Jordon) 3

A hat trick by Draven House helped lift Boulevard Bank to victory over Poore's. Brayden Johnson followed House's big day with two goals of his own while Blake Glissan chipped in a goal and three saves to the mix. Klaire Thomas had seven saves as well.
Jaron Crawford scored a pair of goals for Poore's while Israel Ortega had another. Jacob Fienen recorded two saves and Dylan Gasche had one.
