  • The Neosho Parks, Recreation and Golf Course Board is scheduled to discuss the renovation of stairs at Big Spring Park, as well as the city's ongoing parks needs assessment at their meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. today at the Lampo Building, 500 E. Spring St.
