A Neosho man received minor injuries Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash south of Neosho.
James P. Rigdon, 32, was traveling southbound on Inca Lane, 100 feet south of Neosho, when he failed to negotiate a curve, and the 2006 Mini Cooper he was driving ran off the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Rigdon was taken by ambulance to Freeman Neosho Hospital.
He was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash, the patrol report noted.

Authorities responded to a two-vehicle crash Monday evening north of Neosho.
Lexie S. Morris, 18, received minor injuries when a vehicle pulled into the path of her 2000 Pontiac Grand Am.
The accident occurred at 6:35 p.m. on Hammer Road, one mile north of Neosho.
Morris was traveling northbound when the 2009 Chevrolet Pickup, traveling westbound and driven by Kenneth D. Hillyard, 49 of Blue Springs, pulled into her path.
Morris was taken by private vehicle for treatment at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin. Hillyard was not injured in the crash.
Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash, the patrol report noted.
