A Seneca veterinarian has withdrawn his guilty plea to an assault charge, the Daily News has learned.
Darrel Ray Clark, 49, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of sexual misconduct in November 2011 for two incidents alleged to have occurred at his place of employment, Seneca Veterinary Clinic, 3319 Kentucky Rd.
A probable cause affidavit filed in October 2011 alleged Clark had inappropriately grabbed an employee on two occasions.
The charges were later reduced to one count of misdemeanor assault, his attorney, Christine Rhoades, said Friday. Clark pleaded guilty to that charge Monday and was sentenced to two years unsupervised probation.
However, on Friday, Rhoades filed a motion to withdraw the guilty plea at her client’s request.
