Johnnie B. Arnall, 85, Granby, died Feb. 20, 2013, at his home, following a short illness.
Mr. Arnall was born Aug. 20, 1927, in Granby, the son of Rev. Felix and Leona (Shipman) Arnall. Johnnie worked as a maintenance supervisor for Farmers Chemical Co., and retired 17 years ago. He was a member of the Union Chapel Church in Bethpage. He served in the Army in the Korean-World War II.
Johnnie married Ruth (Stewart) Arnall on Oct. 31, 1953, at Cranford, N.J. and she survives.
He is also survived by three sons, John J. (JJ) Arnall and wife, Terry, Granby, Frank Arnall and wife, Corrie, Bethpage, and Fred Arnall and wife Debbie, Granby; a daughter, Carrie Brock and husband, Bobbie, Neosho; two brothers, Wilber Arnall and wife Nancy, Joplin, and Jimmy Arnall and wife, Mary Lou, Ashland, Ala.; a sister, Lola Josephine Barrett, Titusville, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the Clark Funeral Home, Granby, Rev. Frank Arnall and Rev. Jimmie Arnall will officiate. Interment will be in the Granby Memorial Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Johnnie’s grandsons.
Friends may call at the Clark Funeral Home, Granby, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
