Cynthia (Poor) Harris, 83, entered into rest on March 3, 2013 at Medicalodge, Neosho.
She was born June 12, 1929 in Fairview, to Walter and Maude (Haley) Poor.
Cynthia was a lifelong area resident and was a homemaker. She was a hard worker who enjoyed her family and reading. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Fairview.
Cynthia married Harold Harris in 1944 and he survives.
She is also survived by her children, Larry Harris and wife, Maxine, Terry Harris and wife, Brenda, all of Stark City; five grandchildren; Melissa Brunner and husband Rob, Clovis Harris and wife, Michelle, Marla Harris, Sam Harris and wife, Shelly, Brent Harris and wife, Cindy; seven great-grandchildren; Tyler White, Houston Harris, Lauren Harris, McKenzie Horne, Milton Brunner, Georgia Mae Harris, Adaline Harris; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her twin brother, at birth; brothers, John and Donnie Poor; sisters, Charlene Turnipseed, Betty Flesher.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Muncie Chapel Cemetery Wheaton; J.R. Burr officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation with family receiving friends will be held 6:30 – 8 p.m. today at Clark Funeral Home Granby.
