Lonnie Eugene Judd, 71, Neosho, died Saturday, March 30, 2013, at his home in Neosho.
Mr. Judd was born Nov. 28, 1941 in Salinas, Calif., the son of T. E. "Buss" and Geraldine (Young) Judd. He graduated from Granby High School in 1959 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served on the USS Frontier through the Cuban Crisis. He then worked at Rocketdyne, Teledyne and at FAG for 35 years, retiring from FAG. He was a Christian and enjoyed golf, hunting and fishing.
Lonnie is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carolyn; two children, Andrea Marrs and husband, Curtis, Granby, Eugene Judd and wife, Denise, Neosho; three grandchildren, Lani, Emily and Hailey; one great-grandchild, Layla; his mother, Geraldine Judd, Granby; one brother, Carl Judd, Granby ;and one sister, Sue McGrane, Kansas City, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his father, T. E. 'Buss' Judd.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery, south of Neosho, Rev. Doug Wilkerson will officiate.
Friends may call at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. today.
