Talk about senior leadership.

Talk about senior leadership.

The highlight of the Central Ozark Conference Tournament Wednesday, at least as far as the Neosho Wildcats are concerned, is one that Ryan Kelly won’t ever forget.

It didn’t take long for the senior to make his mark either, as he sank a hole in one on the second hole. That stroke helped Kelly lead the Wildcats to a fifth place finish and himself to an 80 and fifth place as an individual, earning all-conference accolades in the mix.

The Wildcats, who shot 348 as a team, were led by senior Kyler Snow’s 78. Like Kelly, Snow also earned a spot on the all-conference team for his efforts while taking third place in the individual standings.

Rounding out the mix for the Wildcats were Calin Adams 92, Blake Augustine 98 and Tyler Clemons 98.

Team scores for the event were Ozark 329, Branson 336, Republic 338, Carthage 347, Neosho 348, Nixa 349, Willard 372 and Webb City 396.

The Wildcats are back in action at districts in Carthage on Monday.
