Five Neosho Lady Wildcat soccer players have earned postseason awards for their outstanding play on the field this season.
Senior captain Paige O’Neill took home plenty of hardware after proving to be one of the top players in Southwest Missouri.
The Missouri S&T commit learned this week she’d been named all-region, first team all-district and first team all conference, as well as the districts Most Valuable Player for her superior performance on the pitch.
While she’s the lone Neosho player to earn all-region honors, O’Neill joins four teammates on the all-conference and all-district teams. Fellow seniors Tori Eads and Matty Liedtke both earned first team all-district and second team all-conference, while Lizzie Drake and Emily Reed were named second team all-district.
Liedtke also earned the district Goalkeeper of the Year award.
