Mary O. Davis, 89, Granby, died May 28, 2013 at Granby House, following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Davis was born Sept. 11, 1923, in Imboden, Ark., the daughter of Henry A. and Vesta Louise (Olive) Pickett. She was a homemaker and a member of Heber Springs Church of Christ, Heber Springs, Ark.
Mary married Henry Davis on Jan. 1, 1946, and he preceded her in death in 1987.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Davis and wife, Beverly, Neosho, Mike Davis, Heber Springs; two daughters, Sandra English, Albuquerque, N.M., and Kathy Ann Tate and husband, Dan, Liberty, Mo.; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roy Pickett, Springburrow, Ohio, and Joe Pickett, Montgomery, Texas; and two sisters, Monty Herbert, Emperial Beach, Calif., and Helen Smith, Pocahontas, Ark.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Pickett.
The body has been taken for cremation and services will be held at a later date in Heber Springs.
