Wilma Jean Sarratt, 74, Goodman, entered into rest at her home on June 22, 2013, following several months of illness.
She was born on Nov. 8, 1938, in Granby, to Buck and Stella (Sharp) Harris.
Wilma was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Granby, class of 1956. She was a co-owner of Sarratt Sawmill and Nanny’s T Shirts. She was a homemaker and loved to cook, go to the creek and going to Yellville, Ark., for Turkey Trot. She loved being with her children and grandchildren.
Wilma married William (Hal) Sarratt on June 10, 1956, in Granby, and he preceded her in death on March 6, 2005.
She is survived by her children: David Sarratt and wife, Sandy, Goodman, Darrell Sarratt and wife, Lana, Goodman, Patricia Frossard and husband, Terry, Neosho, Pamie Stephens and companion, Steve Hawkins, Goodman, Dusty Sarratt and wife, Nikki, Goodman, Paula Letts and husband, Josh, Goodman; 16 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one on-the-way; brothers, Earl Harris and wife, Janie, Troy Harris and wife, Debbie, all of Granby; sisters-in-law, Ruth Parmley, Ruby Lauderdale, Rita Sarratt; numerous other family members.
Along with her parents and husband, Wilma was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Eddy Stephens.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho. Rev. Reese Morrow officiating; Rev. Shan Cobb assisting. Interment will be in Howard Cemetery, Goodman. Pallbearers will be her grandsons; Rusty Stephens, Travis Stephens, Skyler Stephens, Drew Sarratt, Justin Frossard, Joey Frossard, Hunter Letts, Parker Letts. Visitation with the family will be held 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
