Margie A. Wiley, 64, Neosho, went home to be with her Lord on Sept. 19, 2013, at her home in Neosho following a short-term illness.
Margie was born Nov. 30, 1948, in Calhoun County, Miss. She had cooked for the Lions Club for over 10 years and was an Avon rep for over 10 years. She was a member of the Goodman First Baptist Church, where she held multiple positions and was very active.
Margie and William D. Wiley, Sr., were married on Oct. 24, 1996, at Calhoun County, Miss., and in 1996 they moved to Neosho and she was a homemaker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Fields and husband, Johnny, Joplin; four sons, David Wiley and wife, Shelley, Carthage, Tim Wiley and wife, Brenda, Joplin, Jeff Wiley and wife, Kasey, Neosho, and Daniel Wiley and wife, Laura, Joplin; two brothers, Travis Holloway and wife, Margaret, Tupelo, Miss., and James Holloway and wife, Theresa, Granby; two sisters, Juanita Lucius and husband, Larry, Vardaman, Miss., and Cathy Mosby and husband, Wayne, Neosho; 15 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren with one on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Margie will be greatly missed by family, church family and the community. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Goodman First Baptist Church. Rev. Will Reitz will officiate. Interment will be in the Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
