CARL JUNCTION — Facing a tough Carl Junction team on the road Tuesday, the Neosho varsity tennis team fell 9-0 in non-conference action.

At singles, Neosho's Zoe Mitchell lost to Madison Adrian 8-2. Sydney Hays fell to Kenzie Kuydendall 8-2. Hannah Morrison lost to Kaylie Hawkins 8-0. Sydnie Benjelloun fell to Cheyenne Pickett 8-6. Mandy Merideith lost to Alexia Deines 8-3.

Audrey Eastin fell to Kendall Goodyear 8-6.

At doubles, Z. Mitchell-Hays lost to Adrian-Hawkins 8-1. Morrison-Benjelloun lost to Kuydendall-Pickett 8-1. Merideith-Kaitlyn Mitchell lost to Deines-Goodyear 8-3.

The Lady Wildcats fell to 2-11 overall.

Neosho B fell to Carl Junction, 4-1.

At doubles, Joan Bentz-Madison Huntzinger defeated Gilbreath-King 7-5. Karyme Martinez-Tamara Smith lost to O'Hanahan-Houser 7-6 (7-3). Mikayla Winchester-Rylee Widener lost to Schuber-Hisanow 6-0.

At singles, Eastin lost to A. Adrian 7-5. Winchester lost to Schuber 6-0.

The Lady Wildcats are at the Central Ozark Conference Tournament on Thursday.
