Betty Ann Hill (Jones) was the youngest child of Roy Chapman and Carrie Ethel Jones, Missouri tenant farmers in the Depression era 1920s and 1930s.

Her home was filled with love, and she was adored by her five sisters; and one brother.  She was a graduate of Butler High School.

On June 6, 1948, Betty married H. Kenneth Hill and worked briefly with the school administrative staff until the first of four children was born. Her life was filled with being a loving, devoted wife, a mother, and a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.

Betty’s sweet spirit was characterized by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Surely the angels are rejoicing with her arrival to her Heavenly home.

Betty is survived by daughters Beverly Ann Guyer, Debra Kay Chapman and Marcia Lynn Hume; as well as son Gregory Kenneth Hill.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth.

Betty will ever be alive and treasured in the hearts of her family and friends.
