Council will hold the second and third readings of three bills to amend the revenues and expenditures for the current fiscal year: for the city clerk, public works-streets, and public works-water distribution.

First readings will be held on two bills to amend the revenues and expenses budgets for the current fiscal year: for adding an assistant public works director in the wastewater department and for the wastewater department. Council will also hold the first reading of a bill to accept and approve the re-plat of the Greens Subdivision.
Council will consider a resolution to authorize the offering for sale of approximately $4 million of refunding certificates of participation to refinance certain of the city’s outstanding lease purchase obligations.
