Spring Hill recently was named October’s Employer of the Month.

Spring Hill offers a full array of health and social services providing “person centered care” to meet the needs of the individual, allowing seniors to continue to grow as a person through socialization and companionship.

It began in Neosho in September 1995 with two employees, and an 8,500-square-foot center. Today, they have a 13,396-square-foot facility and 15 employees.

“Last summer, we broke ground and added on an Ozark Room and four suites,” said Lisa Baker, administrator of Spring Hill Assisted Living. “Essentially what a suite is a living room, bedroom and handicapped accessible bathroom.”

According to Spring Hill Assisted Living’s mission statement, “the facility’s goal is to help seniors with whatever they require, while making every effort to respect their own lifestyle choice and maintain their own independence.”

Spring Hill offers access to complete medical services so families can find comfort in knowing that their loved ones needs are met on all levels, according to a press release.
