Charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree property damage against a 42-year-old Diamond man and his 19-year-old son are under review by the Newton County prosecutor after they, the man’s other son, brother and another man went to the home of the man’s ex-girlfriend’s Neosho area home Thursday reportedly with violence on their minds.
