Even though it’s operated under several different names, JT Sports, LLC, has a strong history of success in Neosho.

JT Sports has operated in Neosho since 1997, but most may remember it as Brass Eagle. According to information provided by JT Sports officials, Brass Eagle assumed the JT Sports name in December 2006.

JT Sports is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of paintball products, including paintball markers, paintballs and accessories.

JT Sports was the first manufacturer to offer paintball products to consumers through easily accessible channels such as mass merchandisers and major sporting goods retailers.

Approximately 75 percent of the company’s sales are to national and regional mass merchandisers, such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart and major sports good retailers like The Sports Authority and Dick’s.

In Neosho, JT Sports operates out of two locations. At its Neosho Industrial Park location, the paintballs are produced. In the “cave” location, distribution is done and the operation’s Licensed Products line is handled. That line produces products for major and minor sports teams — baseballs with a team logo printed on them, for example — as well as merchandise for Disney and other companies. JT Sports is able to take custom orders for printed Licensed Products.
