June Bernice Barks Bollinger, Neosho, passed into glory on Jan. 21, 2017, at the age of 90.

June Bernice Barks Bollinger, Neosho, passed into glory on Jan. 21, 2017, at the age of 90.  
June was born on June 1, 1926, in Sedgewicksville, Mo., the daughter of Janie and Daniel Barks. June was a homemaker and loved sewing, babies, gardening and cooking. She demonstrated an open heart and open home to all who came under her care and taught her children to show loving hospitality. More than anything, June loved her Savior, Jesus Christ and was committed to him in life and death.  
June and Jim Bollinger were united in marriage on Oct. 4, 1943, in Cape Girardeau and shared 73 years of marriage together.  
To this union, six children were born, Launny (Jo) Bollinger, Quitman, Texas, Kay (Dean) Cade, Arvada, Colo., Jim (Ann) Bollinger, Neosho, Connie (Don) Boeckenstedt, Staunton, Ill., Patty (Nat) Diliberto, Topeka, Kan., and Kenny (Kathy) Bollinger, Bella Vista, Ark. June also has 14 grandchildren; 28 great- grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.  
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Interment will follow in the Hazel Green Cemetery and Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.  
The family will receive friends from 5-6:30 p.m. Monday, at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
