John R. Bogle, 79, Neosho, entered into rest on July 19, 2017 at his home in Neosho, following an extended illness.

John R. Bogle, 79, Neosho, entered into rest on July 19, 2017 at his home in Neosho, following an extended illness.  
John was born Dec. 3, 1937, in Carthage and was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a commercial truck driver for 40 years and then worked in security at Twin Rivers for four years. He enjoyed working on tractors and small equipment and was a member of the Citizen Band Radio and was known as ‘Ramblin Johnny.’
John and Lillie Snyder were married on Jan. 22, 1955 in Carthage and she survives of the home.  
Additional survivors include three children, Alisha Bogle, Kansas City, Kan., Randall Bogle, Joplin and Pamela Rodriguez and husband, Daniel, Neosho; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Edens.  Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.  
Memorial graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Oakhill Cemetery, Carthage.  Contributions in memory of John may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, c/o Clark Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Neosho, MO  64850.
