Kristina Kay Knight, 48, Neosho, entered into rest on Oct. 24, 2017 at her home, following a sudden illness.  
Kristina was born July 29, 1929 in Denver, Colo. and lived most of her life in the southwest Missouri area.  She was a homemaker and attended the Baptist Church.  She enjoyed all animals, but was especially fond of horses and had received numerous awards showing horses and had participated in the ‘Ride For Life’. Her favorite quote was ‘Today is the first day of the rest of my life’.  
Kristina married James Knight on Aug. 1, 2004 in Joplin and he survives.  Additional survivors are two children, Curtis Cooper, Ava,  and Kayla Griffin and husband, David, Stockton, Mo.; her mother, Virginia Lundstrom, Ava; a half brother, Richard Martz of the state of Florida; two half sisters, Barbara Collier, Hill City, Kan., and Becky Mason, Stella and nieces and nephews.  She was  preceded in death by her father, Lyle Lundstrom.  
Visitation services will be held  from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
