James Irley Clark, 89, Collinsville, Okla., formerly of Neosho, died Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at Skiatook Nursing Home, Skiatook, Okla., following a lengthy illness.

Mr. Clark was born March 1, 1921, in Newton County, and moved to Oklahoma in 1994. He was a dairy and poultry farmer and a member of the Church of Christ.  

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dena, who died on March 29, 1994.  

Survivors are three children, Nelson Clark and wife, Kim, Holidaysburg, Pa., Candace Rairdon, Collinsville, and Rick Clark, Skiatook, Okla.; three sisters, Marcelia Freeman and Velma Thogmartin, Lebanon, Ore., and Jean Wilson, Neosho; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.  

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Clark and his parents, Arthur and Chrissie Clark.  

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Swars Prairie Church of Christ Cemetery and Jimmy Smith will officiate. The casket will be closed at all times.
