John Carey Sowder, 72, Goodman, died Thursday, June 18, 2009, at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
Funeral service for John Sowder will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Walker-Dowd Funeral Home Chapel, Anderson. Rev. Cecil Hall will officiate. Cremation will follow the service.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. today at the Walker-Dowd Funeral Home Chapel Anderson. The family will receive friends at this time.
