Tom West III, 38, Garland, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2009.
Tom was born on Oct. 31, 1970 in Monett, a son of Thomas West II and Nora West.
Tom is survived by, his father, Thomas West II, Goodman; his mother, Nora West, Monett; his wife, Denise West, Neosho; two sons, James and his wife, Lisa, White, Garland, Joe and wife, Jenn White, Mililani, Hawaii; two brothers, Mike Beistline, Tulsa, Okla., Carl Beistline, Granby; two sisters, Holly Chaney and Renee West, both of Bentonville, Ark.
Memorial Services for Tom will be 2 p.m. today at Exciting Living Word Fellowship Church.
