James David ‘J.D.’ Weston, 22, Neosho, died Sat., Aug. 21, 2010, from injuries sustained in an accident near Seneca.
J.D. was born March 1, 1988, in Joplin and was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Grove, Okla. High School and owned and operated Weston Construction. He enjoyed ‘coon hunting, four wheeling and semi-trucks and was a supporter of local FFA programs.
He is survived by his father, Billy Weston, Afton, Okla.; a brother, Michael Weston, Afton; paternal grandparents, James and Dixie Weston, Neosho; his fiancé, Christina Arwood, Seneca; and numerous other relatives.
He was preceded in death by a brother, B.J. Weston.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Charles Brown will officiate. Interment will be in the Oakwood Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Cody Crawford, Justin Boyer, Brian Southard, Chad Gray, Caleb Davis, Steve Farrell, David Fox and Luke Earnshaw. Honorary pallbearers will be Ethan Gray and Ty Gault.
Friends may call at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, and the family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
