Maryann (Charlton) Jennings, 90, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at Ozark Methodist Manor, Marionville, Mo. 

She was born Aug. 27, 1919, in Neosho, to William H. “W. H.” Charlton and Margaret Ellen (Sprague) Charlton.

Mrs. Jennings lived most of her life in the Southwest Missouri area. She was a homemaker, a good cook and loved to sew. She attended the Church of Christ.

Maryann and Raymond Jennings were married in 1941. He preceded her in death. 

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Elsie Eads and Edith Spencer; and four brothers, Wesley Charlton, Clinton Charlton, Irvin Charlton and Robert Charlton.

She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Bithel Mahan, Marionville; a sister-in-law, Martha Charlton, Neosho; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, at Clark Chapel of Memories, with Rev. Brenda Garner officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, south of Neosho.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday.
