The One Worlders at the United Nations several years ago enacted “Agenda 21.” This Agenda 21 is, of course, codes enforcement.

States, counties and cities have embraced codes enforcement whole-heartedly. Many governmental bodies have enacted codes that state you cannot park your automobile in your own yard, you cannot give away or sell puppies without a license, you cannot place a political sign in your own yard, and many, many other nanny state rules telling the individual how to live.

A good portion of these codes are enacted by boards, committees, or other bodies appointed by elected representatives who then disclaim no jurisdiction or lose track / ignore what these appointed bureaucrats are doing.

Yes, codes enforcement is the way to go if you want to control and suppress mankind.
