The rivals were scoreless for the vast majority of the first half, until Hector Marin's header off Tauan Oliviera's corner 1 minute, 17 seconds before halftime put the guests from Miami on the scoreboard.
Over a roughly 10-minute span of the second half, Crowder went on a scoring rampage against NEO goalies Francisco Garcia and Darius Silversmith.
Guillaume Rouzic's unassisted goal at 67:16 earned Crowder a tie score, David Portilla's goal at 70:57 gave Crowder the lead, and Rouzic's second goal at 75:20 iced the win.
The 'Riders held onto that two-goal lead for the final 14:40 of the match.
Musa Kamara and Casey Faulkner assisted on the goals by Portilla and Rouzic, respectively.
Rouzic netted two goals for the second match in a row, both Crowder wins.
Crowder goalie Daniel Ost only faced two shots on goal all match.
Crowder returns to action today at home against East Central, a Region 16 foe. The 'Riders defeated St. Charles in overtime last Saturday in their region opener.
