WEST SENECA, Okla. — After beating Carthage in eight innings Monday, it was probably good for the Seneca Lady Indians to come out Tuesday and jump all over Lamar early on during their Big 8 Conference battle.

The Lady Indians scored three runs in the first, four in the third, and then four in the fifth en route to a 11-3 win over the Lady Tigers.

Seneca improved to 10-10 overall on the season.

At the top of the Seneca order, speedy Adron Durman provided some pop and spark with two runs scored, three hits, and two RBI.

Grace Johnson drove in three runs, while Ali Kohler had a pair of hits and a pair of RBI, Mikayla French two hits and one RBI, and Chelsea Beville one hit and two RBI.

Johnson, Kohler, and Mekaylee Beard each doubled.

Beard earned the win for Seneca, allowing three runs (none earned) on seven hits over seven innings. She struck out one and walked three.

Seneca returned to action Thursday in Big 8 play against Aurora.
