The Lady Wildcats’ struggles on offense and their second half skid continued Monday night in Nevada.
Neosho managed just 31 points and lost to the Nevada Lady Tigers, 43-31.
The loss is the Lady Wildcats’ sixth in the last seven games.
The Lady Tigers used a 13-3 second quarter to take an 11-point lead into the locker room and then outscored Neosho 19-15 in the fourth quarter to ice the win.
Neosho was led in scoring by Catie Cummins with eight points. Other scorers were: Ashley Gilion 7, Morgan
Rathmann 5, Chelsey Henry 4, Morgan Rogers 4 and Matty Liedtke 3.
Neosho (7-14) will travel to Nixa on Thursday to continue Central Ozark Conference play.
