The Lady Mustangs of McDonald County were swept in their volleyball season opener Monday against Cassville, 25-19 and 25-17.
Callie Shaver led her team with nine service points, while Emilee Stone had seven.
Darien Stancell had five kills, while Kenzie Dill had four. Jenny Lynn paced the team with 11 digs.
“I can’t put my finger on it, there was nothing glaring, we nothing was clicking tonight,” McDonald County coach Bev Goff said.
Amanda Allison had 13 service points for Cassville. Riley Wilks had nine assists and six digs.
McDonald County plays at East Newton at 6 p.m. Thursday.
