The No. 10 Seneca Indians overcame a 14-point deficit to grab a 18-14 lead over Neosho early in the second half Friday in the annual Newton County Clash.

But then Jake Middleton turned the game in Neosho's favor in a hurry as he jaunted 84 yards on a kickoff return to give Neosho a lead they never gave up, winning 42-18 at Earl Campbell Stadium Friday.

Alex Wise ran for a touchdown and Jared Shurley ran and caught a TD pass in the second half as well for the Wildcats.
