Wheaton went up 19-8 after one quarter and held a 33-20 lead over the Wildcats at halftime. That proved too big of a hurdle for Diamond to come back from. The Bulldogs, former conference foes of Diamond, scored 27 points in the fourth quarter to lock up the win.
