Tumble Town Midwest has 17 state champions, earn 50 medals

Tumble Town Midwest had 37 athletes compete in the Missouri Trampoline and Tumbling State Championships May 1 at Missouri Southern’s Leggett & Platt Athletic Center.
Tumble Town Midwest brought home seven team awards and had a record 30 athletes qualify for the National Championship in Virginia Beach, Va., June 27-July 2.
There were 17 athletes from TTMW that were named state champions and the team combined for 50 medals. There were 25 gold, 13 silver and 12 bronze medals.
The team won awards in tumbling level 3, level 3B, level 4, level 5, level 6 and level 7, as well as the double mini-trampoline level 7.
The athletes are coached by Angela Jones, Adriana Jones, Aimee Fortner, Kali Millard and Connie Fortner.
