Florie Daugherty, 51, of Neosho died Aug. 27, 2015 at Freeman Neosho Hospital following an unexpected sudden illness.

Florie Daugherty, 51, of Neosho died Aug. 27, 2015 at Freeman Neosho Hospital following an unexpected sudden illness.
She was born Sept. 13, 1963 in Gravette, Ark., the daughter of James and Beverly (Houpt) Caywood.
Florie was a lifelong resident of the Neosho area. She was a homemaker and loved to garden and do projects with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed farming and bee keeping. She was the owner of Cantrell drilling and pump service.
Florie married Ray Daugherty on Oct. 31, 1980 in Goodman. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Beverly Caywood; two children, Coti Gooden and Crystal Davidson and fiancé James Shelton, all of Neosho; two grandchildren, Dalton Gooden and Lyliegh Davidson; and two brothers, Monty Caywood and Brett Caywood, both of Neosho.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho.  Jack Boyer will officiate. The body will be cremated following the service.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at Clark Funeral Home. Contributions in memory of Florie may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, c/o Clark Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Neosho, MO 64850.
