A local teenager put together a fundraiser this past Saturday at the Civic to help children who attend Camp Barnabas.
"I got a letter in the mail, it is kind of one of those things that everybody gets, but I took it personally and I really felt like I was called to do something about it," said Jocelyn Lamp, 14, organizer of Talent For Campers. "I was just at MOVE (a church organizations that gives students a week to go spend time with God and possibly grow or accept Him for the first time. all week (at my church, Racine Christian Church), I had been praying that God would show me something with my talent that I had to speak to people, to dance and give me a way to communicate that Camp Barnabas needs help."
