Christopher Tanner, 23 of Neosho, was arrested twice within two hours for shoplifting from the 3200 Lusk Drive superstore. An officer was dispatched at 7:39 p.m. Saturday when Lt. Jason Baird said Tanner was caught stealing a cellphone valued at $125. The same officer returned at 9:30 to arrest Tanner again, this time for shoplifting a heater valued at $79.86.
