Pro Lube Tire and Auto Center  has been named the May Business/Employer of the month by proclamation by Mayor Ben Baker. Pro Lube Tire and Auto has been part of the local business community since 2001.
Owner Chris Hawkins began with three employees and today has six, three of which have been with the business for 15 years. Pro Lube Tire and Auto offers routine tire and auto maintenance, air conditioning repair, other repairs, and emergency road side assistance.
"We're really honored," Chris Hawkins said.  "We've put a lot of effort into good service.  My strength is my people. I have really good people.  All of them chose this work because they want to work in the automotive repair business. None of them are here just because they need a job. They're here because they're doing what they want to do as a career.  All of them are experienced veterans in this field."
Pro Lube Tire and Auto Center employees perform most type of repairs, on both foreign and domestic vehicles.  They live up to their slogan, "We Build Customers For Life" and depend on repeat business from their customers.
"Some of our customers played here," Hawkins said, referencing a small play center located within the waiting area. "And now they're bringing their vehicles here and their kids are playing  here just like their parents did."
Their commitment to excellent service is one of the business's hallmarks.
"We are the only shop in town that guarantees our work for a three year, 36,000 mile warranty. That's better than a dealer warranty," Hawkins said. The warranty is nationwide and includes emergency roadside assistance.
