Frank B. 'Frankie Baby' McCullough, Jr., was born June 27, 1948 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Frank B., Sr. and Juanita (Darr) McCullough. He entered into rest suddenly on January 19, 2019 at the age of 70. Frank graduated from Raytown High School in 1966 and then served in the U. S. Navy, 1966-1970. On November 20, 1971, he married Carmen (Kappler) in Independence, Missouri. In 1980, the family moved to Neosho and Carmen began babysitting in their home. In 1984, Country Care Preschool was established and Frank and Carmen worked together to provide loving and special care to the children. Together, they have provided care to children for over 34 years and have been a source of support and loving kindness to many. Frank as was an avid Kansas City sports fan, supporting both the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals. He had an avid interest in history, especially General Custer, genealogy, metal detecting, doing puzzles and hunting arrowheads. Frank is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carmen; three children, Ashley Siler and husband, Will of Granby, Shane McCullough and wife, Nicole of Cincinnati, OH and Carah McCullough and Zach Schuler of Neosho; six grandchildren, Savanah, Brady and Emory Siler, Zach and Abby McCullough and Wilder Schuler; one sister, Jeryn Preston and husband, Mark and one brother, Steve McCullough, all of Neosho and numerous other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, two nephews, Joshua Preston and Jason McCullough, niece, Margaret Ann and great niece, Maelie.

A celebration of the life of "Frankie Baby" will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the United Methodist Church Christian Life Center 

The family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to help with medical expenses for Carmen and those may be sent to Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66, Neosho, MO 64850
