Larry Wayne Studdard was born March 22, 1952 in Neosho, the son of Elmer E. and Lillian W. (Stone) Studdard. He entered into rest on Sept. 12, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Okla., at the age of 65, following a sudden illness.

Larry Wayne Studdard was born March 22, 1952 in Neosho, the son of Elmer E. and Lillian W. (Stone) Studdard.  He entered into rest on Sept. 12, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Okla., at the age of 65, following a sudden illness. 
Larry graduated from East Newton High School and moved to Oklahoma City following his graduation.  He owned and operated Studdard Machine Shop.  As a hobby, he built engines for race cars and had recently completed restoring a corvette.  He was of the Baptist faith. 
Larry is survived by his wife, Donna Jean Kirchhoff, two children, Amy Studdard-Jones and Matthew Wayne Studdard, all of the Oklahoma City area; his mother Lillian 'Wayne' Studdard and sister, Willa Dean Linton, both of Neosho; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his father, Elmer and sister, Loretta Jean 'Jeannie Dee' Studdard. 
A memorial graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, 2017 at Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery, south of Neosho.
 In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Larry may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, c/o Clark Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Neosho, MO  64850.
