Virgil Max Naramore, 78, Neosho, entered into rest April 27, 2018.  
Virgil was born Sept. 27, 1939 at the family home in Longview, to Joseph Price and Martha Carolyn (Schell) Naramore. He was a graduate of Wheaton High School, and in 1970, graduated Harrison School of Preaching.  He served as a minister for the Church of Christ in Arkansas, Missouri, and California and was the owner of Max’s Bakery in Missouri  and Texas for 20 years.  Virgil enjoyed classical music, antiques, and flowers.  
He is survived by the mother of his children, Nyla Naramore, Lufkin, Texas; his three children: Virgil Blain Naramore, Longview, Texas, Ronnie Max Naramore and wife, Kelly, Lufkin, Texas, and Tara Renee Naramore, Nacogdoches, Texas; and five grandchildren: Ashley Taylor Wolhof, Payton Michael Wolhof, Harry Blain Ruckel, Natalie Naramore, and Samantha Naramore.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Price and Carolyn Naramore and an infant brother, Joseph Price Naramore, II.
Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, May 5 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, with Larry Carlisle officiating. Private interment will follow the services.  The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m., today at Clark Funeral Home.
