Hello Friends! How are your resolutions holding up? I hope you’re accomplishing all that you’ve set out to do this year.  My resolutions are still intact, but I’m sure I could relapse at any moment. Just kidding about caving in, but you should seriously take heart if you’ve kept your resolutions so far.
According to the folks that study behavioral modification, you’re just two weeks away from a monumental milestone.  Supposedly it takes the average person about 28 days to turn a new routine into a habit; so just two more weeks at it and you’ll be a lot more likely to stay the course with your new year’s goals.
