Several Crowder College student-athletes went above and beyond in the classroom to make the grade for the NJCAA Academic Student-Athlete Awards recently released.

Several Crowder College student-athletes went above and beyond in the classroom to make the grade for the NJCAA Academic Student-Athlete Awards recently released.
To be first team, one must have a 4.00 GPA. Second team recipients must earn a 3.80-3.99 GPA and third team honorees earned from a 3.60 to a 3.79 GPA.
Overall, with its four sports, Crowder earned 24 spots.
First team honorees include Cameron Witt (baseball), Daniel Baker, Daryan Torix (softball), Michaela Mack (women’s basketball), and Spencer Young (baseball).
Second team honorees are Ashley Brannon, Bailey Bunch (softball), Ben Spencer (soccer), Jessica Picou (softball), Kenzi Spurgin (softball), Maddison Brown (softball), Marlon Freitas (men’s soccer), Morgan Voigts (softball), Spencer Witherspoon, Tanner Sevon (men’s soccer) and Zahria White (women’s basketball).
Third team honorees are Alissa Rowden (women’s basketball), Andrew Browning (men’s soccer), Brady Bradshaw (baseball), Brooke Sagely (women’s basketball), Gable Dull, Joey Cooner (baseball), Kayla Walden (softball), and Luke Price (baseball).
