After picking up five selections for the all-Big 8 West, the Seneca Lady Indians earned three more postseason honors with the release of the all-Class 3, District 12 team.

Haley Miller and Sarah Hoover each made the first team and Seneca’s two first team selections matched the highest number by district champion Aurora (Julia McVey, Brooke Bellamy).

Miller enjoyed a solid all-around junior season for the Lady Indians with 175 kills, 197 digs, 37 total blocks, and 18 service aces.

Hoover closed out her high school career with a senior season that included a team-high 179 kills, 162 digs, 13 total blocks, and 25 aces.

Taylor Mailes cracked the second team and she had 132 kills, 27 solo blocks, 55 total blocks, and 99 digs in her final high school season.

Seneca recorded 21 victories, the highest number for the five schools in the core coverage area of the Daily News.
